DENNIS

After much debate, a decision has been made that Em & Annie can no longer offer each other advice. While the both offer great advice for themselves... not so much for each other. I on the other hand have decided to use the rest of my life using the Dennis system for love. Now keep in mind I do not know anyone named Dennis but I hear he has an amazing system so that you are loved but do not need to get hurt. It is as follows:

D-Demonstrate you value. This is pretty easy seeing as I am hot commodity.
E-Engage physically. This can take many forms so don't let your mind go there.
N-Nurture dependency. Men need us.
N-Neglect emotionally. Have I lost you yet? This is what pulls them back in.
I-Inspire hope. Really baby... I love to...
S-Separate entirely. Walk away and find a new one and go back to D.

Now really... I probably won't use this but I enjoy it. Having the power! I dressed as Wonder Woman for Halloween. I wish I had super powers. One super power I'd love to have is Super Metabolism Woman. Now I worry that Oliga, Annie, and Trish have stolen this power for themselves but I'm pretty sure me and Em can take them on. Cause as I sit here watching UFC (Melvin left the TV on and left the room... too lazy to find the remote), I think... well I can do that. How hard could it be... Ok maybe I believe to highly in myself but that's what these girls do... Or are the just following "I" of the DENNIS system... SHOOT!

  1. While i love the D.E.N.N.I.S. system as seen on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" i am reminded of this quote:

"To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything, and your heart will certainly be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact, you must give your heart to no one, not even to an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements; lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket- safe, dark, motionless, airless--it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable.”
