It's Always An Adventure

If you ever have spent any time at Clover Cabana you know it is always an adventure. It can't be boring when you put all of us in the same space. We each have our own unique personality and uniqueness that we bring to the house.

Last night was no exception. We have begun a nightly Jeopardy challenge to see who can answer the most. Anne, being the intellectual on, typically wins. Except she does not begin her answer with the question. Last night she was not on her "A" game though. She had the death virus that Em & I had gotten last week. Melvin decided this would be the perfect night to challenge her. As Jeopardy rolled on the firing of answers continues. I think Anne will be back in action tonight.

The other tv game we have taken on is "Name that Commercial". When a commercial comes on you must shout out who the advertiser is before they announce it. You collect points throughout your tv viewing. It makes the commercials go by much quicker and it makes for exciting times. My strategy is to memorize all the commercials to be able to shout it at first view or to cover eyes so others can't see.

Tuesday night is also special because American Idol is on. It did not disappoint us. I think they should take us on as judges. We do a mighty fine job. No one in the house like Averil as a judge. She was not nice as all. Melvin and Jill are tired of the back stories. Em cries at them. Em did decide she would go on and would have a sob story and then would be terrible. Watch out for Clover Cabana girls at the next idol auditions.

Flip needs mention here as well. At some point in our tv watching Flip decided he wanted to be between Jill and Anne. He climbed up on the couch between them and made sure he was giving equal love to both. Jill and Anne are currently under the weather and being the man of the house he was watching out for them.
