Anguished English

On a more positive note, here are some gems from ENGL 101 this semester:

God reveals Himself through His bile. (Yikes.)

Many women today choose to be single parents because of the lack of dependable males to choose for a husband. (Yikes.)

Since the dawn of man, well since Adam rose from the dirt, a model of man was formed. He was rugged, macho, and extremely confident to the point of cockiness, and females gravitated towards him. But, there is a rise of the metrosexual, a "man" that enjoys cooking, tasting fine wines, and playing smooth jazz. This man is now content with staying in their home and reading GQ and watching The Office, not going out and prowling around for women. Say goodbye to Daniel Craig, Russell Crow, and all the other masculine men of yesteryear. Stampeding in, while wearing Versache black letather crocs and Armani suits are the metrosexuals.

(Enjoy.)

  1. there is no such thing as a metrosexual. style of dress does not impact one's sexuality, (although it may positively impact the frequency of sex.)

  3. there isn't a lack of dependable males to choose for a husband. You just can't find them hanging around places where single mothers or soon to be single mothers hang around
